Matthew John
Founder & CEO
Matthew John is the Founder and CEO of SetSwap. Over more than two decades in production finance, including roles at CBS Television Studios, HBO, and Paramount Television Studios, where he served as Director of Production Finance, he had a front-row seat to one of the industry's quietest problems: the enormous amount of money and material that productions pour into sets, props, and scenery, only to send most of it to a landfill at wrap. That insight, paired with a Master's in Sustainable Business Management from Presidio Graduate School in San Francisco and a LEED Green Associate designation, led him to found SetSwap, a platform that helps the industry reuse what it already builds and prove that doing right by the planet and the bottom line are the same thing.

Meagan Goodspeed
Chief of Staff
Meagan Goodspeed has spent over a decade working across the entertainment industry, from The Late Show with David Letterman and Late Night with Seth Meyers to producing voiceovers and getting her hands dirty in the art department. Seeing waste and inefficiency on set every day pushed her toward a bigger question: how can Hollywood do better for its crew and the environment? She followed that instinct into sustainable production, educating crews at Earth Angel and standardizing practices on set before joining Paramount Global's ESG department, where she developed sustainable production programming across brands including MTV. Now at SetSwap, she's channeling that experience and passion into building a more efficient and collaborative industry.
